Manage members
The Members page is where you build your team: invite teachers, set what they can do, and control how they appear on your public page.
Roles
Every member has a role:
- Owner — full control over the organization, members and settings.
- Admin — same management rights as the owner.
- Teacher — sees their assigned students, schedules lessons, and receives messages.
Only owners and admins can invite members, change roles, and edit public profiles.
Invite a teacher
- On Members, click Invite.
- Enter the email and choose the role.
- Send — ClassLab emails an invitation link.
Pending invitations are listed until they are accepted or expire. You can Revoke a pending invitation at any time. The invitee accepts from the link in their email and becomes a member.
Teaching subjects
For each teacher, set the subjects taught. These appear on the teacher's profile and help you match teachers to students.
Public profiles
Teachers can be featured on your public page. For each one, control:
- whether the profile is visible on the public page,
- the tagline, biography, rate, teaching modes and languages,
- the photo.
Assign a teacher to a student
Teachers are assigned from a student's record, not per lesson. A student can have several teachers; the assignment determines who sees the student and can schedule their lessons.
