Audit log

The audit log tracks who did what, and when across your organization. You reach it from Settings → Audit log. It captures around 35 kinds of events, giving you a complete trail of sensitive actions.

What gets recorded

Tracked events include:

  • creating, editing, and deleting a student or parent;
  • moving a student to a different pipeline stage;
  • granting and revoking consents;
  • member role changes and payroll updates;
  • invitations and members joining;
  • changes to organization settings;
  • publishing or unpublishing the public page;
  • pricing plans (create, update, delete) and programs;
  • invoices (created, sent, voided, deleted);
  • pipeline stages, testimonials, referral settings, and documents;
  • bookings and attendance: a student added to a slot, a booking confirmed, marked attended or no-show, or cancelled.

Reading an entry

Each entry shows:

  • the date of the action;
  • the author;
  • a readable action label;
  • the entity concerned.

A text filter lets you search the list quickly.

Reliability

Audit entries are tamper-proof: they are written by the system and cannot be forged or edited by a member. You can rely on them in case of an audit or a dispute.
