Documents & resources

The Documents section is your library of teaching materials. You create or import them, then share them with the right students — who see them in their portal as My resources.

Create or import

On Documents:

  • New document — write content in the editor (headings, lists, tables, images, math formulas, code blocks, links).
  • Import a PDF — upload a file (up to 10 MB).

Organize the library with folders and tags, and filter by them to find a document fast.

Share with students

Open a document and choose who can see it. You can share at three levels:

  • with an individual student,
  • with a lesson (everyone booked into that slot),
  • with a program.

You can also mark a document as downloadable or not.

What families see

Shared documents appear in the student's portal under My resources, where they can open — and download, if you allowed it — the materials you shared.
