Testimonials & reviews
Testimonials are reviews from families that you can publish on your public page as verified reviews, to build trust with prospects.
Where reviews come from
- Portal — parents and students submit a review from their space (at the testimonial page), choosing the student concerned, a display name, an optional rating (1–5 stars) and the text.
- Manual — you can add a testimonial yourself.
Each review shows its source (Portal or Manual) so you know where it came from.
Moderate and publish
Every submission is pending until you approve it:
- Open Settings > Testimonials.
- Filter to show only pending reviews if needed.
- Toggle Published to put a review live, or delete it.
- Optionally link it to a student or parent for context.
On the public page
Published testimonials appear in the verified reviews section of your public page, with the author's display name, rating and text.
