Referrals

Referrals turn your happy families into a source of new students. You enable the program from the Settings, then each family refers others straight from their own space.

Turn on the program

In your organization's settings, enable the referral program. Once it's on, referrals become available to all of your students and parents.

You can also set a reward note: a short line describing what the referrer and the referred family each get. This note is shown to families to encourage them to recommend you.

How families refer

With the program active, any student or parent can generate a referral code from their family space (the portal). All they have to do is share that code with the people around them.

Track your referrals

When a new prospect arrives through a referral code, it is automatically attributed to the referrer:

• the prospect's lead source is marked as a referral,
• the prospect is linked to the family that recommended you.

This way you know exactly which families bring you new students, and you can thank them accordingly.
