Parent & student portal

Parents and students have their own space at /portal to follow lessons, documents and invoices — separate from the admin app you use to run your structure.

Signing in

  1. From the portal, sign in with an email and password.
  2. New users choose their role: student or parent.
  3. The space adapts to the role — a Student space or a Parent space.

What a student sees

  • Upcoming lessons, with the location (online or on site) and a Join the Meet link for online lessons.
  • Homework, grouped by subject, with what remains to do.
  • Resources shared by the teacher.

What a parent sees

  • All of their children, with a switcher in the top bar to change the active child.
  • The child's progress: attendance, average grade, and objectives.
  • Tutor reports for past sessions, with subject, grade and a summary.
  • Invoices and the remaining hours on the current pack.

Staying in touch

From their space, parents and students can ask a question to the teacher, and manage their GDPR consent at any time.
