Parent & student portal
Parents and students have their own space at /portal to follow lessons, documents and invoices — separate from the admin app you use to run your structure.
Signing in
- From the portal, sign in with an email and password.
- New users choose their role: student or parent.
- The space adapts to the role — a Student space or a Parent space.
What a student sees
- Upcoming lessons, with the location (online or on site) and a Join the Meet link for online lessons.
- Homework, grouped by subject, with what remains to do.
- Resources shared by the teacher.
What a parent sees
- All of their children, with a switcher in the top bar to change the active child.
- The child's progress: attendance, average grade, and objectives.
- Tutor reports for past sessions, with subject, grade and a summary.
- Invoices and the remaining hours on the current pack.
Staying in touch
From their space, parents and students can ask a question to the teacher, and manage their GDPR consent at any time.
