Objectives & reports
Pedagogical follow-up lives on each student's record, in the Objectives & reports tab. It is where teachers set goals and write up what happened in a lesson — and what families see in the portal.
Set objectives
Define learning objectives for a student so progress is concrete and shared:
- Open the student's record and go to Objectives & reports.
- Add an objective with a clear, measurable goal.
- Mark it done when reached — the portal shows objectives done vs total.
Write a session report
After a lesson, record a report so parents stay informed:
- the subject covered,
- a grade if relevant,
- a short summary of what was worked on.
What families see
In the parent portal, reports appear as tutor reports with the date, subject, grade and summary, and objectives feed the child's progress (alongside attendance and average grade).
