The publication director is the legal representative of BeBranded SAS.
3. Hosting
The application is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Data is stored within the European Union by Supabase (managed database infrastructure).
4. Intellectual property
All elements making up the ClassLab service (brand, logo, interface, text, source code, structure) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Liability
ClassLab connects teaching organisations with students or their representatives. The publisher provides the technical tool but is not a party to the educational services organised by the user structures, which retain full responsibility for them. The publisher cannot be held liable for content published by organisations on their public pages.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and, where applicable, in each organisation's own policy. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, every person has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which may be exercised at the contact address indicated above.
