Pricing & plans

Pricing plans define how you bill your lessons and services. You manage them in Settings → Pricing, then attach them to your lessons so billing follows along automatically.

The four plan types

Pick the type that matches how you sell:

  • Hourly — a unit price per hour.
  • Hour pack — a set number of hours sold for a price, optionally with an expiry date.
  • Subscription — a recurring monthly price.
  • One-off service — a fixed price, with an optional description and duration (for example an orientation assessment).

Assigning a pack to a student

When you attach a pack to a student, you set the total number of hours and, if you want, an expiry date.

Hours are then decremented automatically as lessons happen: each lesson marked attended or no-show is deducted from the balance (a usage ledger keeps track). A subscription covers the lessons it includes; any uncovered hours are flagged to invoice.

Never miss a renewal

When a pack drops below a set threshold of remaining hours, a follow-up task Pack renewal is created automatically. That way you remember to renew it before the student runs out of hours.

Making a plan visible

A plan marked public shows up on your public page. Families can then see your pricing and book the relevant plan directly.
