Online & in-person payments

ClassLab lets you collect payments online and at the desk, with no commission taken. You pick one online payment provider per organization, from the Billing tab, in the Online payments panel.

Choosing your provider

Three providers are available:

• Stripe (via Connect) — a connected account, hosted invoices, and online Checkout for trials and stages.
• SumUp — online payments (Hosted Checkout) plus a card reader (SumUp Solo) to charge in person, at the desk.
• Revolut — online only (Hosted Checkout).

Charging with the reader

If you use SumUp, the card reader (SumUp Solo) lets you collect payment in person for:

• an invoice,
• a pack,
• a one-off service,
• an onsite trial.

Automatic reconciliation

There's nothing to match by hand. As soon as a payment is confirmed, the matching invoice or booking is marked paid. Conversely, if a checkout is abandoned, the held seat or slot is freed automatically.

Connecting a provider

1. Open the Billing tab.
2. Go to the Online payments panel.
3. Follow the connection flow for your provider.

Once connected, online payment collection is active for your organization.
