Recurring & multi-teacher lessons
Everything starts from the Calendar. A lesson is a slot, and a slot can repeat, involve several teachers, and carry a price.
Make a lesson recurring
When you create a slot, choose a frequency:
- Open Calendar and start a New slot.
- Pick the frequency: One-off, Weekly, Every 2 weeks, or Monthly.
- Choose when the series ends: on a date, or after a number of sessions.
Occurrences are generated from the slot's local date, so the weekday stays stable across the series. Editing the series updates future occurrences.
Several teachers on one lesson
A slot can have more than one teacher. One of them is the lead teacher:
- Add co-teachers from the teacher selector when creating the slot.
- The lead teacher is the reference used for Google Calendar sync.
- Conflict detection still applies per teacher, so overlaps are blocked.
Pricing a lesson
Each slot can carry a price so it flows into billing:
- None — no price attached.
- Pricing plan — link an existing plan (hourly, pack, or subscription).
- Flat price — a single fixed amount for the lesson.
