Account & sign-in

ClassLab uses email-based accounts. There are two spaces: the organization space for your team, and the student & parent portal.

Create your organization account

1. On the sign-in page, switch to Create account.
2. Enter your organization name, your work email, and a password (10 characters minimum).
3. Click Create my space.

Verify your email

After signing up, ClassLab emails you a confirmation link:

• Click it to activate your account — you are then signed in automatically.
• The link expires in 1 hour; check your spam folder if you don't see it.
• Until your email is confirmed, sign-in is blocked, with a reminder to use the link.

You then land on the onboarding to finish setting up your structure.

Sign in

Enter your email and password. Tick Stay signed in to keep your session, or use Forgot password? to receive a reset link (also valid 1 hour).

Students & parents

Families create their own account from the portal, choosing their role (student or parent), then verify their email the same way. See Parent & student portal for what they can do once signed in.
