Structure settings

Structure settings is where you configure your organization. It is split into tabs such as General, Subjects, Rooms, Levels, Task types, Task statuses, and Pricing.

Manage subjects

Subjects are the disciplines you teach. They appear on lessons and color the calendar.

1. Open Settings and go to the Subjects tab.
2. Click New subject.
3. Give it a name and pick a color with the color picker.
4. Use the edit and delete icons to update or remove a subject later.

Organization settings

On the General tab you control how your structure shows up and behaves:

• Public bio and premises address for your public page.
• Accent color and email sender name for your branding.
• Student visibility — assigned students only, or the whole structure.
• Reminders before a lesson and the cancellation deadline.

These settings apply across the app, so it is worth setting them up early.
