Track your follow-ups

The Follow-ups page keeps a to-do list of the people you need to get back to — a parent to call, a student to re-engage, a payment to chase.

Create a follow-up

  1. On Follow-ups, click New task.
  2. In the drawer, fill in the title, the type, and the status.
  3. Set a due date, and link a student and/or a parent.
  4. Save — the follow-up appears in your list.

Statuses and sorting

Each follow-up is either To do or Done. The list is sorted so the work that needs attention is on top: not-done first, then by earliest due date, with undated items last.

Get through the list

  • Click a row to edit the follow-up in the drawer.
  • Use Mark done to close it once handled.

Linking a follow-up to a student or parent keeps the context attached, so you always know who it concerns.
