Rooms & levels
Rooms and levels are two building blocks you configure in Settings, each on its own tab. They feed the calendar and student records.
Rooms
The Rooms tab lists your physical spaces.
- Open Settings > Rooms and click New room.
- Give it a name and a capacity, with optional notes.
- Edit or delete a room later from the same list.
Rooms are used as the on-site location when you schedule a lesson, and capacity helps avoid overbooking a space.
Levels
The Levels tab defines the levels you teach.
- Open Settings > Levels and click New level.
- Give it a name and a category: Middle school, High school, or Higher/Adults.
- Set the order to control how levels appear in dropdowns.
Levels are assigned to students and help you filter and organize your records.
