Managing students

The Students section centralizes your learners' records: contact details, linked parents, assigned teachers, and document access.

Add a student

  1. Open Students, then Add.
  2. Fill in the name, level, and main subject.
  3. Link one or more parents if the student is a minor.

For a minor, a recorded parental consent is required before any data processing. Link the parent to the record, then track the consent status directly from the student's record.

Assign teachers

A student can be followed by several teachers. The assignment determines who sees the student in their space and can schedule their lessons.

Shared documents

A student's document access combines: documents shared directly with them, those attached to slots they are booked into, and those of programs they are enrolled in.
