Sync Google Calendar

ClassLab can sync with Google Calendar so your lessons and your personal availability stay in agreement. ClassLab remains the source of truth for slots.

Connect

Open Settings and go to the Google tab to connect your Google account. Once connected, the sync runs both ways.

How the two-way sync works

• Slots are pushed to Google Calendar — with a Meet link added for online lessons.
• Google "busy" windows are read back — they block your availability so you are not double-booked.

What is never pushed

Ephemeral state stays inside ClassLab and is never written to Google Calendar — for example pending public booking requests and waitlist positions.

Multi-teacher lessons

When a lesson has several teachers, the lead teacher is the reference used for the Google Calendar sync.
