Public booking

Once your public page is published, visitors can book online without creating an account.

Trial lesson

Offer a free or paid trial lesson. Payment can happen onsite or online (when a payment provider is connected). You can also enable an on request mode ("get back to me") that simply creates a lead, without picking a slot.

Booking runs across two short screens:

1. The visitor chooses the subject and a time slot. The teacher list adapts to the chosen subject: only teachers who teach it appear.
2. They enter their contact details.

Stages

Stages (programs) can be booked straight from the page. A seat is held, or the family is waitlisted if the stage is full. When a payment provider is connected, the family pays online; otherwise it is a request you confirm onsite. Full stages put the booking on a waitlist automatically, with automatic promotion as soon as a seat frees up.

One-off services

You can also make a one-off service bookable (for example an orientation assessment), with a fulfillment mode: callback ("we'll call you back"), scheduling (pick a predefined slot), or none.

Custom questions

You can add questions specific to a product. The answers are stored and added to the prospect's notes.

Booking for an existing student

A parent or student who is already logged in can book for one of their existing students, instead of creating a duplicate.
