Co-financing policy

This policy sets out the framework within which the services offered through organisations using ClassLab may be financed or co-financed by a third party.

1. ClassLab's role

ClassLab is a management tool made available to teaching organisations. ClassLab is neither a training body nor a funder: the platform does not pay, collect or guarantee any funding. Any coverage is a matter for the relationship between the organisation, the student (or their representative) and the relevant funding body.

2. Possible funding schemes

Depending on the nature of the service and the beneficiary's eligibility, a lesson may, where applicable, be financed or co-financed by:

  • the beneficiary or their legal representative (personal funding);
  • an employer or a skills operator (OPCO) for professional training;
  • a public or territorial scheme (regional, departmental or municipal aid);
  • any other applicable scheme for services eligible for continuing professional training.

Eligibility for each scheme is assessed by the funding body according to its own criteria, independently of ClassLab.

3. Co-financing conditions

Where co-financing is put in place, the beneficiary remains liable for the portion not covered. The service is confirmed only once funding approval has been obtained, unless the organisation decides otherwise. Supporting documents (quote, agreement, attendance certificate, invoice) are issued by the organisation.

4. Billing and supporting documents

Billing is carried out by the providing organisation, which remains solely responsible for issuing the documents required by the funder and for complying with the related reporting and accounting obligations.

5. Refund and withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal or ineligibility found after the fact, amounts not covered by the funder remain payable by the beneficiary, in accordance with the relevant organisation's terms and conditions of sale.

6. Information and contact

For any question regarding funding, the beneficiary is invited to contact the providing organisation directly, which will direct them to the appropriate scheme.
